Michael Kantrow, Chairman, is CEO of Margeotes Fertitta Powell, a leading branding, advertising and integrated marketing agency. Over his career, his strategic and creative work for clients from Coca-Cola, to Charles Schwab, to Godiva, to Intel, to Samsung, has been awarded and recognized in almost every communications discipline, including the Cannes Advertising Festival, the CLIOs, Communications Arts, the One Show, the Direct Marketing Association and the American Marketing Association’s EFFIEs.

Judi Caron, President, is an art collector who has worked for Independent Curators International (ICI), in the coordination of art publications, including the exhibition catalogue for Power of the Word: Contemporary Art and Chinese Calligraphy and Inside the Studio: Two Decades of Talks with Artists in New York. She is on the Producer's Council of the New Museum of Contemporary Art and the Board of Directors of French American Cultural Exchange (FACE).

Bob Schmetterer, Chairman Emeritus,
is the author of the best selling business book "Leap: A revolution in creative business strategy". Bob is also the retired Chairman and CEO of global advertising agency Euro RSCG Worldwide and former President of Havas. Earlier he co-founded his own agency Messner, Vetere, Berger, Schmetterer. A lifelong believer in the power of art and persuasion he has been called a "creative visionary" by Advertising Age and Business Week magazines.

Polly Brandmeyer, Treasurer, worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. for 11 years prior to joining the Board. She had assignments based in New York, Hong Kong and London working in both High Net Worth and Institutional Sales for the Asset Management Division.

Olivia Douglas is Managing Director at Millennium Partners, a real estate development company specializing in mixed-use urban projects. In addition to previous projects in Manhattan, Boston and Miami, Olivia has most recently overseen the development of a $200 million “green” residential condominium project in Battery Park City. Prior to her work in real estate, she studied painting and art history and worked at ArtNews Magazine.

Nicholas Griffin was raised in Brooklyn, spent many years in Los Angeles, and returned to New York in 1999.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at U.C.L.A. and an M.B.A. at Ohio State University.  He works in tenant brokerage, focusing on development projects involving arts and culture organizations.  Nicholas is very interested in modern dance, multimedia performance, abstract photography, architecture, design and urban planning.  He is involved with several organizations in this realm, including Friends of the Highline, Transportation Alternatives and The Center for Urban Pedagogy.

Penny Hardy is one of the founders of PS design, and the principle of PS New York.  She has collaborated with clients to define their brand image in the public realm.  Prior to founding PS, Penny worked in a variety of advertising agencies and design boutiques.  Penny received an MFA from Yale University and has been selected as a judge for the One Show. Her work has been published in Print, Communication Arts, Output and BitxBit.  Over the years, PS has collaborated with companies of all sizes to define their brand image. The projects range from complete branding systems to targeted areas of communications. With each project, the passion for inspiring, honest communications drives the creative process.

Alex Kerry wrote and directed the short film, "The Last Full Measure” that debuted at the 2004 Cannes Film Festival, won top honors at the Austin Film Festival, and earned her the "Richard P. Rogers Spirit of Excellence” award from AFI. Kerry has also directed and created three short films and the pilot and following episodes for MTV’s highest rated television series. She is currently working on her first feature film, based on the novel The Hazards of Good Breeding. In the spring of 2008 her first book will be published.

Roger Mandle is the Executive Director of the Qatar Museums Authority in DoHa. Previously he was the President of Rhode Island School of Design since 1993. Prior to his post at RISD, he served as deputy director of National Gallery of Art in Washington DC, Director of The Toledo Museum of Art in Toledo OH and associate director of Minneapolis Institute of the Arts. For eight years he was also a Presidential appointment to the National Council on the Arts.

Paul joined Naked Communications as a founding partner to bring the Naked brand and philosophy to the Americas.  In parallel, he was also appointed a global partner in the holding group, which currently has twelve-plus businesses in eight worldwide locations.  A 25+ year veteran of the marketing, advertising and media industries, Paul has also held the positions of Worldwide Chief Strategic Officer and President, Media Operations, at Young & Rubicam and the Media Edge.  Before joining Y&R and the Media Edge, he was Worldwide Media Director at Ammirati Puris Lintas, based in New York.  Working out of the UK, Paul founded 20/20 Media, a specialist communications management and strategy company, which was the first of its kind in Europe.  Born in Africa and raised in many countries, Paul has traveled around the world both professionally and personally.  He currently lives in Manhattan with his wife Carol, and their two children India and Gabriel.

Yadey Yawand-Wossen is a Managing Director, Investor Relations at CastleRock Management. Prior to her work with CastleRock, she spent 10 years as an institutional sales person at Lehman Brothers, Brown Brothers Harriman and most recently DeMatteo Monness, LLC. Ms. Yawand-Wossen has also served as Managing Partner and CFO for DesignSpace LLC. She is a member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association Board of Directors.
